History of the ashram

 A
divine Child was born on 25th december 1885 in a respectable thakur family of village
Pasua, district Etawah, Uttar Pradesh, India. In early childhood he migrated to
his maternal uncle's house situated in a remote village Aunaha, District Kanpur,
India where he was brought up.
This unique child exhibited uncommon features, quite
distinct from other children. Once he went far cattle grazing along with village
folks. He suddenly disappeared from the group & after rigorous search village folks
could locate him near a bush.
He was seen in a posture of meditation in front of
a small twinkling divine girl-Goddess. When they approached him both of them disappeared
from there. In an another incidence, the divine Child had gone for routine job of
feeding cattle’s .He was sitting under a tree suddenly an unusual phenomenon took
place, a flash of heavenly light fell on him & he became unconscious.
Since then
the wonder Child started showing different behavior- speaking in a strange unknown
language. Thinking that he has come under the influence of some evil spirit he was
taken to a fakir. On reaching there this Child straight away sat on the asana of
fakir & self proclaimed himself as Ramnath & since then is known by this name. His
maternal uncle didn't have any issue & he was too much worried, the Child advised
them to go & have a dip in the holy Ganges for which they agreed. They were blessed
with a child.
